When signing up for our services, please have an active email account, checking account and a valid credit card. By providing the checking account and credit card information you are allowing Chantel Marie & Associates to charge your account for any service you signed up for. We do not accept prepaid cards as a form of payment.

Chantel Marie & Associates will not continue to provide service to customers who file chargebacks. You are able to cancel our service by contacting customer support service. All documentation and phone recordings if applicable will be handed over to our merchant to support proof that you authorized any charges from us.

Our firm is committed to assisting you with your goals, any written, verbal, physical or any threats of retribution of any Chantel Marie & Associates customers, employees, members will result in immediate account termination.

Cancellation/Refund

After signing up, all new CMA clients have 72 hours (3 business days) to cancel the account for a full refund. However, if our team has contacted the client and has processed the account no refund will be issued. All paid consultations are non-refundable. All sales and services are final and non-refundable once the contract is signed by the client.

Privacy

Our firm deals with very sensitive personal information, none of the client’s information is shared or sold with any other companies.
