Can I get a refund on services?
After signing up, all new CMA clients have 72 hours (3 business days) to cancel the account for a full refund. However, if our team has contacted the client and has processed the account no refund will be issued.
What is the cost?
There is an initial one time set up and audit fee of $300 for an individual and $575 for couples. The monthly fee for an individual is $99.00 and for the couples it is $198.00. The monthly fee includes disputes and a comprehensive credit strategy plan. You will need to pay $27.99 per month to Identity IQ's monitoring services so that we are aware of the changes on your credit report.
What else do I have to do?
Please maintain the Identity IQ every month. This is how we are able to access your 3 credit bureau reports. If you do not pay this fee every month, we will not be able to access your credit report and challenge the negative accounts. Please note if you cancel your credit monitoring you will be cancelled as a client.
What will I get when I sign up for the program?
After the sign up process has been completed. Our firm will begin working on your credit report to remove any inaccurate information. Our program also provides information you need to keep working on raising your credit score.
Is credit repair legal?
The Fair Credit Reporting Act states you have the legal right to challenge any inaccurate and unverifiable accounts on your credit report. The items on the reports should be accurate, verifiable and timely.
How long will the process take to see results?
Everyone's situation is unique and a realistic approach and tailored plan will be discussed at consultation. Some clients see results in as little 30 to 45 days. Please understand that it takes a minimum of 6 to 9 months for the maximum results.
